BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 30. Negotiations between delegations from Ukraine and the United States have begun in Miami, Trend reports.
The Ukrainian side is represented by a delegation headed by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
The US delegation includes Special Representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, as well as Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
