BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 9. As many as 396,700 people were covered by active employment measures in Azerbaijan in 2024.
The data obtained by Trend from the country's State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection show that 160,000 people were provided with appropriate jobs, and 17,300 people were involved in the self-employment program to create small family farms.
To note, vocational training courses were organized for 15,600 job seekers in 2024.
