BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 29. Azerbaijan produced 221,500 decaliters of vodka from January through February 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee indicates that this represents an increase of 19.7 percent compared to the same period in 2024 (185,100 decaliters).
By March 1, the country held a stock of 177,200 decaliters of finished vodka products.
In contrast, beer production in Azerbaijan declined by 15.1 percent compared to last year. In the reporting period, the country produced 519,100 decaliters of beer, a decrease of 92,600 decaliters compared to the same months last year.
Azerbaijan produced 519,100 decaliters of beer during the reporting period, which marks a decrease of 92,600 decaliters or 15.1 percent compared to the same period in 2024 (611,700 decaliters).
As of March 1, finished beer product stocks stood at 272,800 decaliters.
