BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. The circulation speed of Azerbaijan’s national currency, manat, stood at 3.23 points as of March 1, 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the Central Bank (CBA) shows that this marks a decrease of 0.03 points, or 0.9 percent, compared to February 1, 2025, and a decline of 0.02 points, or 0.6 percent, compared to the same period in 2024.
As of February 1, 2025, the manat's circulation speed was 3.26 points, while on March 1, 2024, it was 3.25 points.
According to the CBA's statistics, the lowest level of the manat's circulation speed in the last 17 years was recorded in January 2015, at 2.68 points. The highest level was registered in 2005 (15.72 points).
