ASTANA, Kazakhstan, April 18. KTZ Express JSC management held a working meeting with the World Bank delegation in Kazakhstan's Astana, Trend reports via Kazakhstan Railways.

In the course of the meeting, the parties exchanged opinions on enhancing the transparency of logistics procedures, improving service quality, and reducing costs in international transportation. They also discussed updating the methodology for calculating the Logistics Performance Index (LPI), a global benchmark for the competitiveness of logistics systems.

“KTZ Express representatives shared information on the company’s ongoing and future projects. Special focus was given to infrastructure development, investment initiatives, expanding international partnerships, and the adoption of digital solutions aimed at optimizing logistics processes,” stated the press service of Kazakhstan Railways.

The World Bank delegation expressed gratitude to KTZ Express for the provided information, the high level of meeting organization, and the openness to dialogue. They highlighted Kazakhstan’s strategic importance in the Eurasian transport network, noting that strengthening the country’s position in global logistics rankings aligns with the interests of all participants in the international market.
