BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 29. Azerbaijan executed a procurement transaction for alimentary goods totaling 26.6 million manat (equivalent to $15.6 million) via the governmental acquisition platform during the inaugural quarter of 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the country's Ministry of Agriculture
indicates that a total of 110 procurement entities executed
contractual agreements via the digital interface with 96
manufacturers and vendors, securing 190 distinct categories of
alimentary goods.
Moreover, the aggregate turnover culminated in a fiscal efficiency
of 5.9 percent in governmental outlays throughout the quarterly
interval.
