ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 7. Production of motor oils under the IMPEROL brand has begun in the Lebap region, Trend reports via the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
The enterprise “Asuda akym,” located in the Danov etrap of the Lebap velayat, has launched production of motor oils under the domestic brand IMPEROL. The company, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, aims to strengthen the national market with competitively priced, locally manufactured lubricants.
With an annual production capacity of up to 20,000 tons, the plant manufactures 25 types of motor and lubricating oils, including both synthetic and semi-synthetic variants. The oils are available in 1-, 5-, 20-, and 205-liter containers, which are produced on-site as part of the fully integrated operation.
The facility leverages feedstock procured from the Turkmenbashi
Oil Refinery Complex, optimizing operational expenditures and
ensuring price points remain competitive for the local market
demographic. The organization presently engages a workforce of 150
individuals, with the production methodology underpinned by
apparatus sourced from the United States, Türkiye, and a multitude
of European nations.
Products under the IMPEROL and Şir ýag brands are strategically
positioned within the domestic market while also facilitating
export operations to adjacent territories. The lubricants conform
to global specifications and are optimized for application in
automotive systems, agronomic machinery, and industrial
apparatus.
