BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. Eni’s biofuels and fuel retail subsidiary, Enilive, reported solid financial results in the third quarter of 2025, supported by strong operations at its biorefineries in Europe and the U.S.
The company posted a proforma adjusted EBIT of 233 million euros in Q3, up 35% compared to the same period in 2024.
For the first nine months of 2025, adjusted EBIT reached 457 million euros, down 6% from 486 million euros in the same period last year.
Proforma adjusted EBITDA also showed improvement, rising 26% year-on-year to 317 million euros in Q3. Over the nine-month period, EBITDA totaled 698 million euros, slightly down from 716 million euros in 2024.
