Since the beginning of this year, production volumes of the Azerbaijani company Alprof, engaged in the manufacture of aluminum and PVC profiles for door and window systems, has decreased by 20 percent, the company employee Inna Farmanova told Trend.
She said that the company annually produces from 200 to 300,000 tons of profiles for door and window systems.
“Compared to three months last year, this year there was a decline in production, but we intend to catch up on lost opportunities before the end of the year,” she noted. “Our products are fully sold in the domestic market and are in demand among the population, and this is a great incentive for us,” she said.
She added that the company doesn’t plan to export its products.
“There is no urgent need for this, so for now we aren’t considering the possibility of supplying products outside the country,” said Farmanova.
She also noted that products of the Alprof company fully meet the requirements of the construction sector and.
“Our company produces plastic profiles of different colors, the cost of which varies within 2.8 manats-4.65 manats per linear meter,” she added.
