Azerbaijan’s Aksaray Residence construction company has completed about 20 percent of the construction of the second residential complex on the White City territory in Baku, the company told Trend.
The matter rests in the construction of a big residential complex of premium class within the "White City" project.
"Presently, the construction of an underground parking lot for another residential complex on the territory of the White City is underway,” the company said. “Construction is planned to be completed by the end of this year. The first floor of the parking lot is being built."
According to the company, this is the second big residential complex on the territory of the White City, which the company is building. The first residential complex was built in 2018 and put into operation.
The minimum starting cost per one square meter of area in the building which is under construction is 1,500-1,550 manats.
“The company offers favorable conditions for potential customers, including an interest-free loan for 36 months,” the company said. “Moreover, the prepayment price is 30 percent of the price of the apartment.”
The construction of the second residential complex within the White City project was launched in April 2019.
