The state share of JV Charos Agro Uzumlari (9.5 percent) will be sold at an online auction, Trend reports citing the State Asset Management Agency.
Charos Agro Uzumlari is a grape and wine cluster in Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. Its total area is 1,254.9 square meters.
The price of the state share package is 53.8 million soum ($5,285)
Sale of 9.5 percent of the state share of Charos Agro Uzumlari been held according to the presidential decree on attracting foreign investment into the economy dated April 29, 2019.
The transaction will be held via online auction on a special E-Auksion platform.
Recently, government of Uzbekistan sold a 25-percent stake in Kafolat Insurance Company to Uzbekistan's Genesis Innovation compan and a 100-percent stake in Shahrisabz Star Hotel.
