A material and technical basis is being created in Azerbaijan for higher educational institutions’ cooperation, a source in the Azerbaijani IT market told Trend.
According to the source, the project implies the formation of a consortium of universities for cooperation in the development of IT projects.
For this purpose, incubators and accelerators will be created at universities to develop ideas with the prospect of further access to the international market.
One of such accelerator centers will operate at ADA University soon, the source said.
The project task is to transform ideas into real solutions.
