Russian company seeks to establish supply of fish products to Turkmenistan

ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, May 17. The Russian 'Kamchatskiy Meridian' trading company, specializing in the production and sale of semi-finished fish products, seeks to establish supplies of its products to Turkmenistan, Trend reports.

According to an official source, at the moment the company plans to find partners in Turkmenistan for the sale of freshly frozen, environmentally safe fish products from leading producers on the Kamchatka Peninsula.

The main activity of the company is to wholesale regional and international supplies of fresh frozen fish and seafood.

Furthermore, the head office of the 'Kamchatskiy Meridian' company is located in the Russian city of Vladivostok and unites 10 large factories for the manufacturing of fish products.

The annual total catch of enterprises ranges from 50,000 tons to 100,000 tons per year, of which 40,000 tons are white fish and salmon (pink salmon, coho salmon, sockeye salmon, and others).

Meanwhile, Turkmenistan is aggressively looking to cooperate with foreign food enterprises, importing high-quality products, and fostering agro-industrial technology.
