BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. Funds totaling six trillion rials (about $10.6 million) were allocated for road repairs and asphalting in Ardabil Province, located in the northwest of Iran, in the past Iranian year (from March 20, 2024, through March 20, 2025), Mansour Najafgholizadeh, Deputy Director of the province's Road Directorate, told reporters, Trend reports.
Speaking to local media, Najafgholizadeh highlighted that, in the past year, 120 kilometers of roads were newly asphalted, and 185 kilometers underwent repairs.
