Iran's Customs Administration’s latest data unveiled that raw materials stood at top of Iran’s non-oil exports list.
The country includes gas condensate and some raw hydrocarbon products, like propane, butane, etc. in its non-oil export basket.
Iran's non-oil exports, including gas condensate, reached $41.69 billion during the first 11 months of the current fiscal year (started March 20, 2017).
The figure indicates a rise by 4.96 percent, compared to the same period of the preceding year, according to Iran's Customs Administration’s latest data, released March 6.
The volume of the exported goods reached 117.959 million tons in the 11-month period, 0.81 percent more year-on-year.
During the period, the country exported $6.33 billion worth of condensate, followed by liquefied natural gas ($2.509 billion), liquefied propane (worth $1.338 billion), methanol (worth $1.077 billion) and light oils and products (excluding gasoline) - (worth $1.067 billion).
China was the main importer of the Iranian goods during the period. Iran’s non-oil exports to China registered a rise by 11.29 percent and stood at $8.229 billion.
The United Arab Emirates ($5.862 billion, fall of 14.9 percent), Iraq ($5.578 billion), Turkey ($3.874 billion, an increase of 30.71 percent) and South Korea ($3.797 billion, rise of 41.08 percent) were other top importers of Iranian non-oil goods during the first 11 months of current Iranian fiscal year.
