The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) decreased by -269.65 points (-0.20 percent) to end the trades at 137,714.2 on Sept. 5.
According to the TSE official website, about 2,753 million shares valued at $139.5 million were traded for the day.
The Price Index (TEPIX) decreased by 78.83 points (-0.20 percent) to post 40,271.5.
The First Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (FM) decreased by 289.33 points (-0.28 percent) to 101,317.7.
The Second Market Price and Dividend Index TEDPIX (SM) decreased by -98.39 points (-0.04 percent) to 274,937.6.
The Industry Index decreased by 243.22 points (-0.19 percent) to 125,847.8.
TSE 30 Index lost 51.08 points (-0.76 percent) to 6,696.4.
TSE 50 Index lost 23.50 points (-0.39 percent) to 5,949.6.
Golgohar Mining & Industrial Company, Persian Gulf Petrochemical Company, National Iranian Copper Industries Company, Khouzestan Steel Company and Mobarakeh Steel Company had the biggest negative impact on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, Informatics Services Corporation, Tehran Oil Refining Company, Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Isfahan Oil Refining Company and Tabriz Oil Refining Company were among those that had the highest positive effect on the TSE index.
