The Nasimi District Police Administration's Department No 19 received the information on April 2 that a Baku resident Reykhan Isgandarova left the house and did not return.
The Nasimi District Prosecution's Office filed the criminal case upon the article 120.1 of the Criminal Code as there was enough evidence, the Interior Ministry and the Prosecution General's Office told Trend.
As a result of the joint operations, conducted by the law enforcement bodies and the prosecution's office on April 8, a relative of Isgandarova's former husband Ganja Jafarov and Ilqar Agayev repairing his house were detained. They said that on April 1 they were at Jafarov's house. During the quarrel they killed Isgandarova and took to Khizi region by car.
Isgandarova's body was found and examined.
The investigation is underway.
