The closing ceremony of the "Masters of Artillery Fire" contest was held within the International Army Games 2018 at the Otar military base in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said in a message Aug. 9.
After the closing ceremony, the "Masters of Artillery Fire" contest was declared closed.
