BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. Azerbaijani PASHA Bank's new strategy will pay special attention to digital products' development, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of PASHA Bank Javid Guliyev told Trend.
According to Guliyev, preparatory work for a new strategic period is already underway.
"Of course, we’ll continue to be a corporate bank with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses, and namely in this direction we plan our main initiatives, which will be built in two directions: business and assistance in the implementation of a business plan,” he said.
Besides, according to the CEO, as part of the new strategy, great attention will be paid to the qualifications of the bank’s staff, risk management processes, technology and innovation, the creation of new digital products, development and expansion of digital channels, as well as a number of other areas.
Guliyev added that the strategy is expected to be ready by the end of this year.
The current strategic development period of PASHA Bank covers 2021-2023.
