BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 9. Russia stood first with import of Azerbaijan's non-oil products from January through September 2023, Trend reports.
The data from the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications of Azerbaijan shows that this figure amounted to $787.3 million, up from $602.2 million in the same period of 2022 (by 30.8 percent or $185.5 million).
Türkiye ranked second with imports of Azerbaijan's non-oil products worth $631.2 million from January from September this year against $511.6 million in the same period of last year (an increase of 23.4 percent, or $120.2 million).
Meanwhile, Georgia was third with $240.4 million, growth from $144.6 million in the first nine months in 2022 (by 66.2 percent or $95.8 million).
Switzerland and Kazakhstan shared the fourth and fifth places with import value of $112.5 million and $78.1 million, respectively.
Total exports of Azerbaijan amounted to $26.5 billion from January through September 2023, and non-oil sector exports - $2.4 billion, up 10.6 percent year-on-year.
