The Georgian National Tourism Agency and the National Education Development Center will develop workflow standards for hotels and restaurants by late January, Agency Head Maya Sidamonidze said at a meeting with representatives of the private sector, heads of professional schools and employees of the Education Ministry.
"Tourism infrastructure has been actively developed in recent years, which requires improving the quality of care. A special group will develop these standards within a month," Sidamonidze said.
According to her, a new working group will also be established, which will work in February to develop standards for guides already present.
