TEHRAN, Iran, Jan.17
Trend:
Iran is sending a commercial delegation, including construction industry experts, to Iraq, secretary of the Iranian Association of Exporters of Technical and Engineering Services Bahman Salehi Javid told Trend.
The Trade Promotion Organization of Iran has invited representatives from the Iranian Association of Exporters of Technical and Engineering Services to be part of the delegation, Bahman Salehi Javid noted.
He expressed hope that soon the share of Iranian companies in technical projects in Iraq, will increase.
Salehi Javid said there's quite a lot of Iranian engineering companies in Iraq, but their activity is slowing down due to Iraqi side's debts in payments.
Iraq is one of Iran's biggest commercial partners in terms of importing goods and technical services but the political relations and economic interaction in this country affected Iran's export of goods and services, he said.
