The iron ore concentrate production of 10 major Iranian companies increased by 2 percent, in the 10th month of the current Iranian year (December 22, 2021 through January 20, 2022), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports citing Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
These companies produced a total of 4.17 million tons of iron ore concentrate over the 10th month.
Meanwhile, in the same month last Iranian year, the figure stood at 4.09 million tons.
The mentioned 10 companies are Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company, Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Company (MIDHCO), Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company, Central Iron Ore Company of Iran, Opal Parsian Sangan Industrial and Mining Company, Sanabad Inclusive Development Industrial and Mining Company, Sangan Mining Industries Company, Sabanour Mining and Industrial Development Company, and Jalalabad Iron Ore Complex.
