BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 26. The representatives of SOCAR plan to take part in the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum in October, an informed source told Trend.
The forum will be held on October 8–11, 2024, in St. Petersburg, and its topics include gas exploration, production, transportation, storage, processing, and use; environmental safety and sustainable development; technological projects; digital transformation; investment; and financial instruments in the fuel and energy sector.
The business program of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum will include more than 90 events, including conferences, round tables, and seminar meetings.
"One of the important events of the forum is the plenary session on October 10 on the theme "Gas Market 2024: Contours of the New World Order"," the source emphasized.
Delegations from dozens of countries are expected to attend the event in St. Petersburg.
