Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC will make dividend payments for 2019 by a decision of its sole shareholder made on May 29, 2020, Trend reports with reference to the company’s statement.
The company’s statement was submitted to and published by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
Thus, by a decision of the sole shareholder company’s financial statement for 2019 was approved and the decision to allocated 27.7 billion tenge ($68.7 million) of the company’s net profit for dividend payments
Thus, 73.41 tenge (1.8 cents) will be paid per each ordinary share of the company. The dividend payments started on Jun. 1, 2020.
The dividend payments are being carried out in a non-cash form over the period of 30 calendar days since the dividend payouts first began.
Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC is Kazakhstan’s fund concerned with providing support to country’s second-tier banks, participation in improving the availability of mortgage loans, participation in refinancing of mortgage loans.
