ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 30. Turkmenistan plans to build a large number of social buildings in the Parahat-7 residential complex located in Ashgabat city, Trend reports.
The proposal for the construction of buildings was approved by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the plans, it is planned to build twenty nine-story modern residential buildings in the residential complex, designed for 864 families, a comprehensive school for 720 people, a park, and corresponding highways.
Construction works are planned as part of the implementation of the 'Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028'.
Meanwhile, as part of the strategy for the development of building construction and infrastructure improvement in Turkmenistan, the focus is on comprehensive support for residential and commercial construction, as well as renovation of existing facilities.
In this context, the emphasis is on the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the skills of specialists in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as attracting investments and establishing partnerships with international construction companies in order to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase the level of comfort for the population.
