The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Sept. 3:
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 30,000 tons of vacuum bottom feedstock, 37,000 tons of lube cut oil, 500 tons of sulphur, 500 tons of slack wax, 160 kilograms of engine oil and 5,052 tons of various polymers.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,600 tons of wire copper, 1,000 tons of low-grade copper and 11 kilograms of gold bullion.
Agriculture floor: Offers 7,200 tons of wheat, 1,200 tons of sugar and 1,200 tons of soybean crude oil.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
