As a result of laboratory studies during sentinel surveillance in Armenia, the causative agent of influenza subspecies H1N1 type A (swine flu) was identified, the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on November 2, Trend reports citing Armenian media.
The center stressed that the best way to prevent influenza is vaccination.
