BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 8. Azerbaijan exported agricultural and agro-industrial products worth $239.6 million from January through March of this year.
Data obtained by Trend from the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) shows that this indicator rose 13.8 percent compared to the same period last year.
Of this export, $170.5 million were exported from agricultural products, and $69.1 million were exported from agro-industrial products.
Exports of agricultural products increased by 12.3 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, and exports of agro-industrial products increased by 17.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
CAERC, founded in 2016, develops proposals for economic reforms based on analytical data by conducting analyses and research on macro- and micro-economic levels to ensure sustainable economic development of the country, preparing mid- and long-term forecasts.
