BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. In Slovenia, average gross earnings of persons in paid employment by registered natural persons for July of this year amounted to 1,577.69 euros, Trend reports citing the country's Statistical Office.
In nominal terms they were 1.0 percent and in real terms 0.5 percent higher than earnings for June. Average net earnings amounted to 1,036.42 euros and were lower in nominal terms by 0.2 percent and in real terms by 0.7 percent.
Compared to July last year, gross earnings increased on average in nominal terms by 5.5 percent and in real terms by 2.6 percent.
On average, the highest earnings for July were paid to employees in human health and social work activities (2,059.66 euros gross and 1,330.42 euros net), followed by mining and quarrying. The lowest earnings were received in arts, entertainment and recreation (1,220.95 euros gross and 812.45 euros net).
Compared to June, the highest growth of average gross earnings was recorded in real estate activities (by 3.7 percent).
