Chairman of the Board of JSC KazCenter Housing and Utilities Nursultan Djienbaev held a meeting with the Head of the Federal Union of German Housing and Real Estate Associations Axel Gedashko and the Director of the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe Knut Heller.
The parties discussed cooperation with a view to developing the housing and communal services in Kazakhstan and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, the press service of the Ministry of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan said in a message.
The companies agreed to cooperate in several directions, such as developing a general strategy for housing and communal services, improving the legislation of Kazakhstan in the field of housing management, as well as jointly implementing pilot projects in energy conservation, and attracting investments and grants for modernization of housing and communal services in the country.
JSC KazCenter Housing and Utilities intends to attract more investments in housing sector and develop the public-private partnership in Kazakhstan.
