ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, January 4. Turkmenistan Airlines operates regular flights to 10 international destinations in 8 countries around the world as of the beginning of January this year, Trend reports.
According to Turkmenistan Airlines, the largest number of flights from Ashgabat falls to Russia—five per week to Moscow and four to Kazan.
At the same time, in the UAE, planes fly once a week to Abu Dhabi on Fridays and twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays to Dubai.
Weekly flights are operated to London, Frankfurt am Main, Bangkok, Beijing, and New Delhi, as well as daily flights to Istanbul.
Meanwhile, the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which was commissioned by the airline in early December this year, also began operating regular flights on the Ashgabat-Bangalore (Thailand) route on December 22, 2023.
