BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 17. The housing market in Azerbaijan experienced a notable uptick in prices last year.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that this figure rose by 9.9 percent relative to 2023.
Prices rose by 11.3 percent in the primary housing market, and by 9.8 percent - in the secondary one.
In the meanwhile, the major housing market's price index increased by 2.8 percent in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of the same year, reaching 3.3 percent overall.
Within the realm of the secondary housing market, this metric registered at 3.3 percent.
