ASTANA, Kazakhstan, March 1. The Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas JSC, Askhat Khasenov, held a meeting in Budapest, Hungary, with MOL Group CEO Zsolt Hernadi, Trend reports.
In the course of the meeting, the sides discussed the prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation and plans for implementing joint projects.
The parties focused on deepening their partnership in the energy sector and the development of Kazakhstan's "Rozhkovskoye"
Full-scale development of the field will boost the socio-economic development of the region (Western Kazakhstan) and create new employment opportunities.
The sides also discussed various aspects of bilateral interaction. At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen the partnership.
In 2024, 301 million cubic meters of gas and 222,000 tons of condensate were produced at the field. In 2025, production is expected to reach 527 million cubic meters of gas and 351,000 tons of condensate.
