The State National Service Turkmen Hova Yullari (Turkmenistan Airlines) announced a tender to purchase:

All interested companies are required:
- submit a written request (applications will not be accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) stating the reason why they wish to participate in the tender.
Applicants should indicate the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details to the address: 744000, Ashgabat, Str Chary Nurymov 3-a, administrative building of the State National Service Turkmen Hova Yullari.
- to get specification of the lot and main technical requirements;
- to obtain tender documents by paying $230 (two hundred thirty) (incl. VAT).
Bids are accepted until 16:00 (local time) on Feb.26, 2013.
