Kazakhstan’s Baiterek National Management Holding JSC has put up for privatization its subsidiary company - Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC, Kazinform news agency reports with reference to Baiterek National Management Holding JSC, Trend reports.
The holding sells 100 percent of the ordinary shares of the Fund belonging to it within the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025.
The auction will be held on the website of the Information and Accounting Center JSC (www.gosreestr.kz ). The bidding date (price increase auction) is August 17, 2021.
Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC is engaged in the involvement of stressed assets in the economic turnover by launching them and then returning state funds invested in production facilities.
