The Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues has announced the tender for attracting appraisers to set prices for various real estate properties and authorized capital of joint-stock companies, which will be created on the basis of state-owned enterprises.
The tender was announced on four lots:
setting the authorized capital of joint-stock companies to be created on the basis of state-owned enterprises (lot #1),
setting the market value of small state-owned enterprises and facilities located in the country’s districts (lot #2),
setting the value of state-owned land plots in Baku (lot #3),
setting the value of land plots owned by the state in the country’s districts (lot #4).
The tender participation fee is 500 manats for each lot.
Those willing to participate in the tender must send the necessary documents till 17:00 (GMT+4) on May 14, 2019, while proposals – till 17:00 on May 22, 2019.
The packages with tender bids will be opened at 15:00 on May 23, 2019.
