In Kyrgyzstan, we resumed negotiations with China on construction of plant for mineral fertilizers production, Minister of Agriculture Torogul Bekov said today at the session of parliamentary Committee on Land and Agrarian Issues, Water, Ecology and Regional Development, 24.kg reported.
According to him, calculations and business-plan were made several years ago. "Construction of the plant will cost $340 million. The best place for its construction is near Tash - Kumyr. There are all necessary conditions - water, electricity, coal, railway. We believe that the plant will pay for itself within 10-12 years," said Torogul Bekov.
