Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) intends to open a pre-qualification of an international tender for Engineering, Procurement, Drilling, Construction, Installation and Operation by Financing (EPDF/EPCF) for A20/21 Platform of Aboozar field.

Location: Districts of IOOC in Persian Gulf Waters.
Period of services: 30 months.
Other items shall be considered:
- Ability of submission guarantee equal to 10% of total contract price value as performance guarantee and bank guarantee equal to at least 10% of project performance price as financial resources providing guarantee.
- Submit of a valid MOU or JV agreement between parties for the partnership participants.
- The validity of the submitted financial proposals shall be 3 months from the Closing Date and extendable for one further period.
Bidders who have the ability and are willing to participate in the pre-qualification are requested to submit a written request to Contract Department no later than July 1, 2017.
