BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 8. The passenger traffic through Iran's airports increased by 9.6 percent during the seven months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through October 21, 2024) compared to the same month of last year (from March 21 through October 22, 2023).

Data obtained by Trend from the Iranian Airports Company shows that 21.1 million (21,128,569) passengers were transported through Iranian airports during the seven months.

The statistics indicate that 19.3 million (19,277,272) passengers were transported through Iranian airports during the same period last year.
