BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. Prices for Baku's private and country houses declined by an average of 26.87 percent in September 2022 compared to August 2022 and by 29.51 percent against September 2021, Director of the MBA Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The cost per square meter of private and country houses amounted to 683 manat ($401.27) in the reporting month (934 manat, $548.7 – in August 2022, 969 manat, $569.26 – in September 2021)," Ibrahimov said.
Total offers on the market of private and country housing market in September 2022 stood at 1,064, increasing by 6.08 percent compared to the previous month, and by 32.01 percent year on year.
