BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. Average prices for private and country houses increased by 23.89 percent on an annual basis in Baku in June 2023, CEO at Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
At the same time, the prices increased by 3.71 percent compared to May this year.
"The average cost of one square meter of space in private and country houses in June 2023 amounted to 1,063 manat ($630), and the total volume of offers increased by 15.78 percent over the year and declined by 1.65 percent on a monthly basis, to 1,130," Ibrahimov said.
As of January 1, 2023, the cost of one square meter of space in private and country houses was 943 manat ($554.7), and the total offer volume was 1,017.
