BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Prices for private and country houses in Baku increased on an annual basis in Baku in June 2023, CEO at Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average rental cost of one square meter of houses in Baku amounted to 11.53 manat ($6.78), up by 7.86 percent over the month, and by 30.87 percent year-on-year," Ibrahimov said.
According to him, in June this year, the total volume of offers in the capital city's housing rental market decreased by 12.22 percent compared to the previous month and by 18.92 percent over the year, to 467.
As of January 1, 2023, the average rental cost of one square meter of houses in Baku was 6.36 manat ($3.7), and the total offer volume - 445.
