BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. Azerbaijan's "Vektor.az" limited liability company has reduced its charter capital, Trend reports.
The capital experienced a decrement from 30.06 billion manat ($17.68 million) to 28.56 million manat ($16.8 million).
To note, the International Academy of Sciences, the International Science Center "VEKTOR," was established by its founder and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on June 10, 1994. Since its inception, "VEKTOR" has attained scientific and cultural collaboration with over 30 countries and has forged reciprocal relationships with numerous scientific research institutes, universities, academies, biographical centers, foundations, and other organizations in those nations. The further enhancement of these relations constitutes a primary objective of the Academy.
