BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 9. Azerbaijan continues to export agricultural products, including vegetables, to foreign markets.
Data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Agriculture indicates that from January through March of this year, the export of vegetables to traditional foreign markets grew by 4.9 percent compared to the same period last year.
Thus, in the reporting period, a total of 42,100 tons of vegetables worth $48 million were exported.
Overall, in 2024, Azerbaijan's agricultural and agro-industrial product exports combined reached $1.11 billion, reflecting a 14.1 percent increase from the previous year.
