Iran pulls lid over countrywide gas consumption
Iran’s gas consumption reached 4.4 billion cubic meters from September 13 through 19, 2025. Thermal power plants accounted for the largest share with 1.96 bcm. Industrial enterprises and smaller consumers used 1.18 bcm and 1.26 bcm, respectively.
