The cost of one square meter of new housing in Kazakhstan amounted to 284, 455 tenge in August 2019, which is 0.1 percent more than in July and 4.2 percent more than in August 2018, Trend reports with reference to the data of the Committee of Statistics of Kazakhstan.
In turn, the cost of resale of comfortable housing equaled 196,632 tenge per square meter, which is also 1.2 percent more than last month and 5.3 percent more than in August 2018.
Furthermore, the cost of resale of non-comfortable housing stood at 122,933 tenge per square meter in July, which is also 1.2 percent more than in July and 4.3 percent more than during the same period of last year.
The rent of one square meter of comfortable housing also increased by 0.6 percent compare to last month and by 7.3 percent compared to August 2018 having reached the level of 1,455 tenge.
