Dadli Nakhchivan Mahsullari, a company producing and selling dried fruits, located in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, plans to export thyme to Poland, Emin Tarverdiyev, the founder of this company, told Trend.

“We have fully adjusted the production of thyme and are preparing to export these products,” Tarverdiyev said. “Deliveries are expected in the first months of next year. Export of thyme is provided in packages of 20, 50 and 100 grams each. According to our estimates, the company during this period can export 10,000 packs of thyme. So far, these aren’t big volumes, but depending on demand, we can increase the supply volumes. These products are mainly intended for export, so we are studying potential markets.”

The company’s founder noted that the company intends to study demand also in the CIS markets.

“So far, we haven’t received any offers, however, we intend to study these markets and find customers,” Tarverdiyev said.
