Motorcycle manufacturing facility commences operations in Khatlon, Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, November 9. A new facility for the production of two-wheel and three-wheel motorcycles has been launched in the Kushoniyon district of the Khatlon region in Tajikistan, Trend reports.

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon inaugurated the plant during his visit to the area.

The factory can produce over 30 different types of vehicles, including five different motorcycle types, six different moped types, 15 different two-wheel scooter types, and five different three-wheel scooter types.

The plant’s production capacity is up to 800 units per month, or 9,800 units annually. The factory covers an area of 15,325 square meters.

The production facility includes workshops for manufacturing metal parts for vehicles, forming metal products, welding, and painting metal parts, as well as a section for the final assembly of vehicles.

The national initiative for 2022–2026, known as the "Years of Industrial Development," included the construction of this enterprise.
