The experts of Iran’s Khorasan Petrochemical Company have solved the problem of urea’s turning into crystalline pieces by addition of anticaking agent, Hamid Estiri, the company’s chief laboratory expert said in an interview with IRNA, Trend reports.
He said that the addition of anticaking agent to urea during the production stage prevents its transformation into crystalline pieces.
He noted that the manufacture of this product justified expectations at the laboratory stage. All production processes of this product have been achieved thanks to the efforts of the company’s employees, he said.
“So far, anticaking agent has been imported from Spain,” he noted. “This year, we faced a problem in the supplies of this product due to sanctions.”
He added that with the manufacture of this product, the massive outflow of foreign currency from Iran will be prevented.
